We will provide you tracking details through which you will be able to track your parcel.
Once you have decided on buying a product, click “Add to Cart” to place it in the Cart. Continue your shopping until you are done selecting items to buy.
To view your selections, click the “Cart” icon appearing on the top right of your desktop screen. If you are happy with your selections, apply any promo code if applicable.
Click “Checkout” If you’re a registered user, enter or select the shipping and billing address or register an account before continuing. You can also complete the purchase of the selected items as a Guest user by filling in the required details in the Checkout page.
Select a payment method of your choice and click “Place My Order”.
No. You do not have to set up an account to place an order. You can opt to complete your purchase as a Guest user.
An e-mail will be sent to you once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as we dispatch the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. You get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully, after checking out the payment process. Then you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
We are an authorised and approved seller for all the brands that we carry. At Approved Club, we guarantee the authenticity of every brand sold by us. All items sold on the website are delivered in the Brand Packaging and will carry its respective warranty.
Approved Club shall accept return of Goods only in case of any manufacturing defect and provided the (a) Goods that are returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you, (b) Goods are returned in their original packaging and (c) a return is requested within 48 hours of the Goods delivered.
All items are in stock unless ‘out of stock’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
You can ONLY cancel your order before it has been dispatched by Approved Club. You can contact us on orders@approvedclub.com and send a request to cancel your order. Please attach your invoice copy or let us know your order number incase you want to cancel your order. This can only be done within 3 hours of placing your order.
We'll refund the full amount you've paid for such a cancellation if the payment is made online.
We support the following payment options at Approved Club:

4. Net banking
5. Wallet Payments
If you are uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout. Incase your pin code is not serviceable COD won’t be applicable.
You cannot open the box or any packaging without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order. No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method.
You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency or demand drafts.
We strive to deliver products purchased from Approved Club in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
Your product will be shipped in Official Brand Boxes safely wrapped with bubble wrap in Approved Club Packaging.
